SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING  
All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES  
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- United States: 3–7 business days  
- International: 7–15 business days  

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING RATES  
We offer:
- Flat rate shipping on all orders  
- Free shipping on orders over $75  

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

MULTIPLE ITEMS  
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. This is because items may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment centers.

TRACKING  
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DELAYS  
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)  
- Weather conditions  
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons  

INCORRECT ADDRESS  
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.  
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs  

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES  
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.  
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  
International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
