RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SlickTheory Mobile Detailing Co., we strive to provide quality products and service. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns.

Final Sale Items

Items within designated Final Sale collections are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Because many SlickTheory products are produced to order, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
• Accidental orders

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
